This was my first Q. We had good attendance today (13) considering it was 40 degrees and Friday. We had 2 tough Q’s earlier in the week (courtesy of GOAT and Smackdown) and I felt the pressure to continue the trend. At 5:30am, we mosey’d to the parking lot near the main football field.

The Quarter Pounder
PAX lines up on the goalline
Run to the 25 yardline, 25 merkins, run backwards to the goalline
Run to the 50 yardline, 50 squats, run backwards to the goalline
Run to the opposite 25 yardline, 75 mountain climbers, run backwards to the goalline
Run to the opposite goalline, 100 Side Straddle Hops, run backwards to the goalline
At the starting goaline, 10 burpees
Rinse and repeat 2 more times for a total of 3… Plank until the 6’s come in.
Morning Call
Mosey to the playground. All but one PAX gets into push-up position and hold the up position while one guy counts off doing 5 pull-ups. Every time a pull-up is called out, the PAX does a merkin. After 5 pull-ups, he joins the PAX and the next guy gets up and calls out his 5 pull-ups. The cycle continues until all have performed 5 pull-ups. No one leaves the push-up position unless it’s his turn to call out pull-ups or until all calls have been made. By the time the last of the PAX was completing their set of pull-ups, the PAX completed their last set of merkins (through screams and grunts).
Mosey’d to the flag, where we did a series of exercises (Flutters, Freddy Mercuries, Merkins, Peter Parkers, etc.) to cap of the morning. Everyone worked hard and did great!
