The Thang (OYO and 5 Laps around the parking lot)
Lunge Walk the top to NW Corner, 10 Merkins, Karaoke to the SW corner, 20 SSH, Jog to the SE corner for 30 squats (Regular, Sumo or Prisoner), Sprint to back to the NE Corner for 40 flutter kicks – Rinse and Repeat (x5 in all)
Mosey to the benches for 3x of 20 Step Ups (IC), 20 Dips (OYO) and 10 Incline Merkins (IC)
Mosey back to the lot and on your six for Mary (all IC and x15) Obliques (left and right) Low Dolly, Rosalita, Low Flutter.
50,75, 100 across the parking lot and we were done.
