Started this fine morning at THE KODIAK with a 100% chance of rain and since Babyface left his Cotton Candy running shorts at home we decided the workout was go with our 2.0’s. I would say all the kids were ready to play in the rain anyhow. But as luck would have it the heavy stuff stopped and we only had a slight sprinkle for the rest of out time outside so lets get to it.

Everyone gets in a line, 2.0’s pick 1 card. The number represented how many steps, the suit was the exercise (lunges, bear crawls, frog hops, crab walk). Down the field and back.

A high plank or Carolina Dry Dock position and after each kid passes, the Dad does 1 rep. from end zone to end zone and Back.

Mosey Corner to corner.Starting with Spiderman pushups (5) adding Batman’s (10) Adding Wonderwoman’s (14), then finally adding Thor’s Hammer (20)
It was a great honor to lead a group of men committed to being good fathers as we exercised with our kids. A lot of good memories were made sloshing around in the rain.
