In case you haven’t notice it has been a bit humid for the AlphaMen lately. Looks like summer is settling in. Time to work some sweat off. Nearly 70 with low hanging fog in the Hoppy Like AO this morning. 5 PAX showed up to put in the work of getting better.
YHC decided to check out the twin peaks of Alpharetta this morning. So at 5:30 we moseyed east to city hall and the parking deck and ran up to the top. Then we moved out Old Milton to Avalon to check out one of their three decks. (maybe one day we’ll do them all!). After a brief ten count at the top we ran back down and then back up the long hill to downtown on Academy Street to return to our starting point at Mugs. I think we all lost 10% body weight in sweat this morning
