Mosey to the flagpole for warmups: 20x IC Side Straddle Hop, 10x IC Copperhead Squat, 10x IC Mountain Climber, 10x IC Imperial Walker, 10x IC Cotton Picker, 10x IC Merkin.
Mosey to the rock pile to grab heavy coupon and then mosey to the big hill behind FOD. Exercise at the bottom of the Hill then take two laps up the Hill, one forwards one backwards, and then move to the next exercise. Exercises = 25x OYO – Merkins, Curls, Heel Taps, Deadlift, Skull Crusher, Squat, Big Boy Situp, Overhead Press, Standing Row.
Mosey to home plate at FOD (left coupons at the gate) and line up for double stack Indian Run. Challenged PAX to give full effort on the sprint. We did three laps, stopping each time we crossed home to do 25 OYO Monkey Humpers. Finished with all out sprint from right field to home plate. Cookie and Bear smoked us.
Return coupons to their home and mosey to the Flag for a five minutes of Marys.
