We proceeded to pick a partner for 3 sets of hill climbs up “Broke Back Mountain”. Set 1: Mercans to failure, Set 2: Lunges, Set 3: LBCs.
Mosey to the wall near the playground with your partner. In turn we did sets of pull ups (8, 6, 4) while partner does wall sit/Wonderbra.
