Preamble:
Struggling to come up with something new for this mornings workout, I took motivation from my daughter’s preseason rowing conditioning camp…
Warm-O-Rama:
- 10 x Weed Pickers
- 10 x Side Straddle Hop
- 10 x Toy Soldiers
The Thang:
Each round, the PAX completed 150 reps of an exercise and then ran two laps around the parking lot where the flag is located.
- Round 1: Squats
- Round 2: Lunges
- Round 3: Plank jacks
- Round 4: American Hammers
- Round 5: Big boys
- Round 6: Side to side lunges
To make things interesting, we also had a tabata timer going. Every 4 minutes, regardless of where the PAX were, they had to drop and complete 25 merkins. Final merkin count = 250.
