Moseyed toward the tennis courts with a quick stop for some SSH, Hill billies, weed pickers, forward/backward arm circles and some covids.

The Thang:

We started off with some trivia, if you answered correct, you only had to do half of the exercise. Each exercise ended with a lap. (Example: exercise is 30 burpees. Those that got the trivia question right did 15 burpees and a lap. Those that got it wrong, did the full 30 burpees and a lap. That went on for about 25 minutes then we moved on to a stick handling competition. Two teams were made and one contestant from each team would race through the obstacle with a hockey stick and tennis ball. The tennis ball had an exercise listed. Winning team did half of both teams exercises, losing team did the full amount of both teams exercises.

In typical Herb Brooks fashion, we closed it out with suicides on the tennis court. Imagining being on ice it was instructed as Herb would have. “Blue line, back. Red line, back. Far blue line, back. Far red line, back”

We made it back to the flag just in time to count it off and finish with a circle of trust.
