10 Cotton pickers

Indian run back around the school to the grass square by the tennis courts.
11’s w/ partner
Partner 1 Wheelbarrows to the far side of the field both men do the exercise followed by partner 2 wheelbarrowing back to the start. 11’s exercies: mule kicks & box cutters. As we were in the midst of the struggle YHC called an audible to speed up the workout a bit & after round 4 we ran (in place of Wheelbarrows) every other round.
Mosey to the back of the parking lot and find a new partner. Dora-cide:100 push ups, 200 lbcs, 300 squats. 1 PAX member will execute as many reps as possible while PAX 2 sprints to the 1st set of parking spots, 1 burpee, sprint back to partner, touch, sprint to parking 2, 2 burpees, sprint back to partner, touch, sprint to parking 3, 3 burpees, sprint back, switch with partner. PAX member picks up where PAX member doing the exercises left off. The PAX was moving through the workout but time was running short and YHC had one more order of business before the clock struck 6:15, so we moseyed to the flag for 5 minutes of Mary.
With the addition of many new PAX over the past 2 months I wanted to start to prep these guys to lead so best way to learn is to do. I called at random a few of our newer guys to lead in various Mary including flutter kicks, American hammers (because Rocky beat Drago), Merkins, and our German exchange student led us in 1 inches (apparently it’s the German cousin to 6 inches).

Congrats to Cricket on his new baby born this morning. Apparently mom & baby are well.
