Great crew for a birthday beatdown. Impressed by the guys who showed after a grueling weekend of running!

I’m inspired by you guys and glad to be part of this crew!

Warm-O-Rama:

Traditional plank warmup with various exercises mixed in.

The Thang:

Mosey to the playground…grab a lifting rock. Circle Up.

Each person calls out an UPPER body exercise and we do 35 reps. Can be with or without rock. Too many to list here.

We would have done ~980 reps (28X35; give or take with cadence counting and double counts) but add a few more because SOMEONE had to push the limits of what the PAX would tolerate!
