Awesome morning to pay homage to another classic Christmas movie – Planes, Trains and Automobiles. Sadly (or maybe not) there was never a sequel. We took care of it today with an animal twist.
Quick mosey to the intersection and a set of
15 Hill Billies
15 Moroccan Night Clubs
15 Weed Pickers
YHC with the help of Inseam, CPA laid out 10 cones on the soccer field. 5 on each side and spaced about 30 yards apart.
The Pax partnered up, and we started with 10 Burpees on the near side of the field and 20 Big Boys on the far side. Pax each picked out a cone to start from designating the mode of transportation through the gloom to the other side. Options included AYG, Nur, Crab Walk, Bear Crawl, Alligator Crawl, Wheelbarrow (P1 / P2) and Partner Carry (P1 / P2).
Rinse and repeat until you have completed 50 Burpees, 100 Big Boys and every cone.
With the time remaining, we started another round with 30 LBCs on the near side and 40 Squats on the far side.
Quick mosey back to the flag in time for YHCs new favorite Mary exercise – the Dying Cockroach with Scissor Kicks. We made it to 10 reps and called it a morning.
Praise for Inseam, CPA passing the last section of the CPA exam. Prayers for our families during the holiday season. Specific prayers for members of the F3 community and their families who are grieving or dealing with difficult situations, that they would also be able to find joy during the holiday season.
Thanks to Inseam for bringing the Tuesday T-N-T this morning. Great testimony on the power of Perseverance, Sacrifice and Determination (hope this was the 3rd word) in achieving difficult goals.
