Chilly start, but awesome morning as 10 PAX showed up ready to work it out!

Warm Up:

Quick mosey around the park and back to the flag for warm up’s and the opportunity to shed some layers if desired.  All X 12

The Thang:

Mosey to field by the Dog Park

Merkin Ladder-

50 Yard Sprint, followed by 20 Merkins

Sprint back, 19 Merkins, continue down the ladder to 1

Zombie Walk- Indian Run around the field

Walking lunges around the first half, Frankenstein’s around the 2nd half- Indian Run the entire time

Plank Hurdles- Divide into 2 groups of 5

1st PAX sprints 10 paces, planks

2nd PAX sprints, hudles the first, and planks, etc.  Length of the field and back

Mosey to the hill by the FOD for Triple Nickels.

up the hill, 5 burpees, down the hill, 5 reverse LBC’s, repeat 5 X
