The Thang:

Rucked behind the wall du dip to the dirt path through the woods.  After the path ended, we hit the road on the way to Nachos favorite “little hill”.  Along the way we had stops for squats and lunges were performed at the bottom of the hill.  Rucked back to the flag in time for two minutes of Mary.
