Preamble:
5 for the pre run. Lefty (finally off of probation), Miller Time, Devito, Pinkey, and Hasslehoff
Warm-O-Rama:
Moseyed to the parking lot with karaoke, butt kickers, and high knees on the way. Did some SSH, Weed Pickers, Windmills, Arm Circles, and Covids.
The Thang:
Grabbed coupons and headed to the corner of the parking lot:
5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, Lap
5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 Shoulder Presses, Lap
A new exercise was added each time in multiples of 5 followed by a lap
20 Curls, 25 Rows, 30 LBC’s, 35 Monkey Humpers, 40 Lunges (single count), 45 SSH, 50 Squats
Congrats to White Claw, Miller Time, and Devito for finishing all 9 laps
COT:
-Prayers for Top Hat and the loss in his family
-Prayers for recent members of F3 who have Covid
-Great fellowship and coffee afterwards (Thanks Miller Time)
Naked-Man Moleskin:
Been a tough week for me with work and realizations of new norms to come with school changes. An pre F3 version of me would have turned to my favorite adult beverage and spent hours complaining. It was nice to know that accountability was waiting for me this week and that the work must be done. Blessing to have this group to share the ups and downs of life with.
