SSH X 40
Toy Soldiers X 40
Slow Squats X 40
Cotton Pickers X 40
Slow Merkins X 20
Afterward, we hopped over to one of the turf fields for the main event.
A modified badass version of BLIMPS. Perform the first exercise (Burpees) at corner #1 of the football field, mosey to corner #2, perform the same exercise, mosey to corner #3 perform the same exercise. Then to corner #4, exercise, run back to corner #1 and plank or Mary until all have finished. That’s round 1. Rinse and repeat for the other five rounds/sets of exercise:
Round 1 – 10 Burpees
Round 2 – 20 Lunges
Round 3 – 30 Imperial Walkers
Round 4 – 40 Merkins
Round 5 – 50 Plank Jacks
Round 6 – 60 Squats
With time running down, we moseyed back to the flag. We had three more sets of 60 Squats to complete the Hindenburg BLIMPS – next time.
