Short Mosey to warm up spot, then 15x Side-Straddle-Hops, 15x Weed-Pickers, 15x Copper Head Squats
Mosey over to Day Entrance Canopy (with Homer’s Donut on the way), where we partnered up and did 20x “Partner Squats”, which ended up with multiple other nicknames which we will not include here. Let’s just say, I feel really close to Flo today as a result. Then over to stairs, with 25x calf-raises, 25x monkey humpers, back down and 25x SSH’s. Then did four total reps of that set.
Next mosey’d over to Chapel Canopy, where we did 2 sets of exercises around the “Merry Go Round”: Partner Carries 2x laps, Lunges 2x laps, Broad Jumps 2x laps. Yes, our legs were burnin!
Mosey back to Flag, with Plank Leapfrogs around the round-about, and finish with spring 200yd dash at the end.
Our legs will be thanking us all day!
