After 172 miles in February, YHC was happy to plan a workout with no running. My decision to skip the pre-run was noted by Scratch Off, who wondered what kind of sign that could be. Mostly a sign that I am still sore from the Climb Kili Half.
3 pre-runners ambled in as the crowd assembled. With 1 FNG present, YHC tried his best to give the full disclaimer.

Cusack the “short side” and lunge walk the “long side.” There was some confusion about which side was long and which was short. But YHC was right and that’s what matters.
Start with 20 reps of each, then 15, 10, 5.
Return our cinders to the woods and circle up for some Mary.
