Repeat  5 times (with varied counts) on your own:

10/20/30/20/10x Burpee on the stage,
box jumps up Bowl (modify: run up stairs),
20/40/60/40/20x SSH at top of HILL,
Run Down Bowl,
10/20/30/20/10x Merkins on the stage,
Mozy around the pond (modify: Quarter-way down & back)

ABs
Each member of PAX picks one & counts. Included Pickle Pushers, Monkey Humpers, Freddy M’s, Planks, Dying Cockroach, BBS…
