Preamble:

Enticements of brownies, ice cream, and no country music on the playlist would be revealed to be 2 truths and a lie.  We got all three this morning along with April Fool's day trivia from Chat GPT, so the joke may be on all of us.

Warm-O-Rama:

two laps around the parking lot with high knees, butt kickers and kariockeakake left and right.  Circled up at the flag for SSH, windmills, weedpickers, arm circles, and broken bicycles.

The Thang:

We moseyed down the sidewalk and around to the Will Rd entrance to the park, stopping at every light to rotate through the following: 10 Merkins, 10 BBSU, or 10 Burpees. At the steps by the building we went to the playground for 11's consisting of Swerkins and Pullups with a run down to the end of the bridge between.  No one could have predicted (not even Devito) that this would take way too long, so YHC called an audible after a few rounds and we moved on. We moseyed to a grassy area between the two dirt fields for fire drills and thanks to the wet grass and excellent instructions no one burned up. Then we moseyed over to the FOD for a round of Bataan Death March around the field and finished up with a vicious circle around the mound, with broken bicycles as the exercise in the center.  False Start was super impressed with the forethought and execution and frankly was gushing a little too much. Back at the flag we finished with a few rounds of Mary.   Playlist: (https://open.spotify.com/playlist/6R7zJ4X6RUog8V78Y1znt2?si=XYn-EtbkRJiOGCmgHFKJ2A)
