Set 1 (20 Reps) – AMRAP for 8 minutes (stagger start)- #1: Goblet Squat
- #2: Merkins
- #3: Curls
- #4: Overhead Press
- #5: Side Straddle Hop
- #1: Lunges (each leg is 1, so 10 each side)
- #2: Coupon Chest Press
- #3: Single Arm Rows (10 L/10 R)
- #4: Skull Crushers
- #5: Rocky Balboa/Curb Touch (Alpha, so 40 total)
- #1: LBCs
- #2: Isolated Coupon Curl (10 each side)
- #3: Irkins or Derkins (your choice)
- #4: Dips
- #5: Step Ups (each leg is 1, so 10 each side)
- Single Leg Deadlift (each leg is 1, so 10 each side)
- Hand Release Merkins
- Russian Twists (with coupon – Alpha – i.e., 40 total)
- Standing Tricep Extension (OK, just an extra round of Skull Crushers)
- Burpees (NEVER GOT TO IT - 6:15 came too fast!)
