  • Run to the pull-up bars for Morning Call (PAX planks while two at a time do 5 pull-ups)
  • Run back to the flag for "The Thang"

The Thang:

Set 1 (20 Reps) – AMRAP for 8 minutes (stagger start)
  • #1: Goblet Squat
  • #2: Merkins
  • #3: Curls
  • #4: Overhead Press
  • #5: Side Straddle Hop
Run the hill first time --->jog the parking lot other times Set 2 (20 reps) - AMRAP for 8 minutes
  • #1: Lunges (each leg is 1, so 10 each side)
  • #2: Coupon Chest Press
  • #3: Single Arm Rows (10 L/10 R)
  • #4: Skull Crushers
  • #5: Rocky Balboa/Curb Touch (Alpha, so 40 total)
Parking lot – Bernie Sanders out ---> Karaoke back Set 3 (20 reps) - AMRAP for 8 minutes
  • #1: LBCs
  • #2: Isolated Coupon Curl (10 each side)
  • #3: Irkins or Derkins (your choice)
  • #4: Dips
  • #5: Step Ups (each leg is 1, so 10 each side)
Run the parking lot – Bear Crawl out --->sprint back Set 4 (20 reps) - AMRAP for 8 minutes
  • Single Leg Deadlift (each leg is 1, so 10 each side)
  • Hand Release Merkins
  • Russian Twists (with coupon – Alpha – i.e., 40 total)
  • Standing Tricep Extension (OK, just an extra round of Skull Crushers)
  • Burpees (NEVER GOT TO IT - 6:15 came too fast!)
Run the parking lot – sprint out ---> jog back (NEVER GOT TO IT)

COT:

Get your convergence shirt orders in. Prayers for coach working through double lung transplant, the passing of Woody's mother-in-law, and quick healing for Spider. Praise for Tank's completion of the GDR. Tank did the honors of taking us out for the COT. Bagels and Coffee at 101!
