Over to cheese grater for karaoke, high knees and butt kickers. Stretch exercises around flag.

The Thang:

Line up on end of parking lot. Shuttle run with merkins at each island. Start at 10 and add 5 each island up to 35. 10 squats on each return. Field of dreams 4 corners around bases. Bear crawl to 1st and 3rd, lunge walk to other 2 legs. Flutters at 1 and 3, sit-ups at 2 and home. 20 each. Repeat. Concession stand. All pax wall sit. One at a time each pax does 20 SSH. All break for 20 dips. Repeat. Rock pile. Jack webs with merkins and shoulder press until time
