Norseman New Year’s Eve: 20+4 : Recovery Ruck : 2025

Preamble:

• Inspired by our F3 Alpha brothers in Johns Creek and looking for the right way to end the year to best Accelerate into 2025, YHC planned a Recovery Ruck BD.
• The call was put out the night before for the PAX to bring their favorite ruck or sandbag along in the Gloom. In either event, spares would be made available at the BD.
• An early wake up was in order to plant the flag, drop off extra sandbags + rucks, then set up cones and tunes at the northern most North Park parking lot.
• After set up was finished, YHC moseyed back to the flag to call 0530, state the F3 Mission Statement, greet the PAX, and provide the Disclaimer.
• Sandbags and rucks were doled out and we were off on a ruck mosey the long way round to the northern most North Park parking lot.

• RUCK segment 3: Down to the bottom of the old Flag location parking lot then back up the main road hill to the current flag locale

COT:

• F3 ALPHA New Year's Day 2025 Challenge tomorrow, WED 1/1/2025 at Black Widow AO (Webb Bridge Park) at 0700
• Sign up to Q in 2025 (3-5 Qs per PAX would be ideal)

Naked-Man Moleskin:

• Always an honor to lead and close out 2024 with fellow PAX of The Norseman.
• It was a great AM of Fellowship and Fitness...appreciate you all.
• Posting to the AO is great guardrail, but Q'ing is an even better guardrail....it gets you quickly back into that prep and execution mindset while pulling you out of that self-centered mind set.  In my view, to do it right, you need to care about the PAX first and the details of your Q second.
