Back from the Noog and ready to Q, there's just one thing to do... oh yeah, plan the Q! Of course we'll do a trip around the track to celebrate the new year, but on the way to the beatdown, I thought it would be great to do exercises that spelled New Year. That almost went as planned...
Warm-O-Rama:
Cusack to the track, then SSH, imperial walkers, weed pickers, willy mays hayes, arm circles, covids
The Thang:
Around the track we go, cusack 20 steps and then we stop and exercise. That turned into 25 steps (had to keep to the 2025 theme) because 20 wasn't getting us very far. Alternated between squats, lunges, overhead press, skull crushers, and curls. That took us down to about 15 minutes left on the clock.
Back to the parking lot, where Shazam set up the tunes and we continued our new year celebration with:

To finish off, we did some "traditional" 0.0 Mary. One pax farmer carries to the tree and back while the others choose an exercise. Switch off when the farmer carrying pax returns.

We talked a bit about new years resolutions and doing better at doing better. So many of us aim low or don't really aim at all to do better. Make a conscious effort, aim high, be OK with achieving 80%.
