Preamble:

Pax were given a challenge that seemed impossible.  An 80lb bomb was near a village of innocent people and the only way to diffuse the bomb was to get it from the bottom of Zima’s hill, to the top.  But they could only do this one through at a time.  It was an impossible mission.

Warm-O-Rama:

Exercises and mosey

The Thang:

80lb bag thrown each time a runner returned. Runners were to start at the bottom of Zima’s hill, and the next runner could not start until the first runner reached the top of the hill. pax not running did exercises off the board and rotated each time a runner returned.  As the pax moved up the hill the exercises changed every two runners   The A-Team moved the bag all the way to the top of the hill, then all the way to the flag, an unbelievable accomplishment. To round it out we did 10 burpees then a lap, 10 Mike Tyson’s, then a lap, and 10 jump squats and ran a lap. Flutters till time

COT:

Prayers for Father in law for No-see-um, Father for Sweeper, and for Goose.  And that we would honor the LORD this Christmas season.  

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Two things we learned today:
  1.  Working with a team all pulling in the same direction and you can accomplish amazing things.
  2. Sometimes things seem overwhelming, but if you just attack it, step by step you can accomplish much more then you think you can.
