Warm-O-Rama:
Started off with some side straddle hop, followed by sun gods, toy soldiers and hillbillies
The Thang:
Grabbed our Cinders and took them to the pull up bars, stopping on the way to do 25 curls and 25 overhead presses.
Once to the pull up bars, we started the "modified Murphish" workout each set is a mini and 2 is a full
5 - pull ups
10 - curls
10 - incline merkins
15 - squats
After 5 fulls, we broke away to do a lap around the baseball field to come back and do 1 more full before running out of time and heading back to the AO.
