Preamble:

This week on, "was this made up on the spot?"... It was. The main goal was to sweat and hit a bunch of muscle groups. We did.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to and around the upper pavilion lot. Then we warmed up with some warm-up stuff. Ya know, the Stationary Sevens with merkins & jump squats is just a fun little burner to end a warm up. We need to do that more often.

The Thang:

Mosey to the pavilion and move some tables under some rafters.
  1. 5 pull-ups
  2. 15 merkins
  3. Run a lap
  4. 5 jump squats
  5. 10 alpha-count bonnie blairs
  6. run a lap.
  7. 1-6 for 12 minutes. Maybe it was 10 minutes. Who knows. I kinda made it up on the spot (refer to preamble)

  1. 100 merkins (cumulative)
  2. 200 LBCs (cumulative)
  3. 300 squats (cumulative)
  4. Alternate partners running to Muscle Beach, to do 3 pull-ups.
We did that for about 15 minutes...ish. Then Windsprints up the cheese grater. I think I like those better than field windsprints, but I've always liked cheese more than nuggets.
