Preamble:

YHC signed up to Q in September forgetting about IPC. Lumbergh reminded me of this oversight, so I picked a new date. Now, following 4 (?) weeks of IPC and a Site Q change, my academy Q has returned (almost a year to the day since my last one: 10/23/2023). YHC Searched for inspiration and settled on a cumulative BD based on the 12 days of Christmas. Tossing the famous Nightmare Before Christmas theme on top with a final twist resulted in the following:

Warm-O-Rama:

Just a quick warm-up lap around the parking lot, SSHs, Weedpickers, and Imperial Walkers before rifle carrying cinders to the concession stand.

The Thang:

so, 12 exercises (representing the 12 days of Christmas) performing the rep count for the day but done in reverse, so all exercises first and removing one each round. 12 Absolutions 11 Curls 10 Single Count Bonnie Blairs 9 Alpha Outlaws (Draw an O with your feet, then draw it again in reverse) 8 Archer Merkins (Single Count) (Wide Merkin where one arm stays straight) 7 Goblet Squats 6 WWII Sit Ups (1 Big Boy + 4 American Hammers (SC)) 5 Mike Tysons 4 No Surrenders 3 Burpees 2 Cinder Snatch 1 Lap around the Track For those who finished there was a pumpkin trick-or-treat basket full of "treats." Sweep3r finished first and dutifully drew the worst one: Murder Bunnies across the field, Rifle Carry back. Fortunately, time was running down so he only made it halfway before being called back. YHC drew 1 more treat to round out time: 50 Single Count Imperial Walkers, which the Pax performed, but YHC was called out for not performing the first exercise so YHC, Sweep3r, and Devito performed 20 Murder Bunnies to wrap the BD.
