Moby - "Flower" - push-ups. Go down at "down" and up at "up." When waiting on "up," stay close to the ground and hold.
Run small loop.
Dean Summerwind - "Parked out by the Lake" - on "parked," do a merkin. On "lake," do a mtn climber (1, alpha count). On "santa fe," stand up like the end of a burpee).
Run small loop.
Imagine Dragons - "Thunder" - lunges during whole song, but when it says "thunder," do a squat. When it says "lightning," do a jump.
Run small loop.
Eiffel 65 - "Blue" - flutter kicks during whole song, but when it says "blue," do a big boy sit-up.
Run small loop.
Chumbawumba - "Tubthumping" - side straddle hops the whole song, but during chorus, do up-downs (burpee without the push-up or the jump at the end).
Run small loop.
Bob Marley - "Jammin'" - do pickle pointers the whole song, but when it says "jammin," do a leg-raise.
Mosey to the flag. Do "Thunderstruck" with burpees until 6:15.
