Preamble:

YHC burned his creative Q juices earlier in the week, so this would be a rather last-minute and random affair.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey with enhancements, SSH, Weedpickers, copperheads, moroccans.

The Thang:

Mosey all about the park, stopping randomly for pain stations, including (but not limited to): Under the bridge:
  • Base Sequence:
    • 25 American Hammers (alpha)
    • 20 Shoulder taps (Alpha)
    • 15 reverse LBCs
    • 10 bobby Hurleys
    • 5 Double Hand Release Merkins (hand release at the bottom, clap or hop at the top)
At the hill:
  • Run up the hill, perform burpee, run down the hill, perform burpee, until completing 1o burpees
At the playground:
  • Base Sequence
At the pavillion:
  • 25 Dips
  • 20 step ups (to the top of the table)
  • 10 Irkins
  • 10 Dirkins
At Mater's parking lot:
  • Base Sequence, but bearcrawl two parking spots between exercises
At the 'clocktower'
  • Start at 6 0'clock, run to 12 o'clock, perform 5 Diamond David Lee Roth burpees, run to 6 o'Clock, perform 5 DDLR Burpees.  Rinse and repeat, dropping 1 burpee per cycle.
At the Wall that Heals
  • Base sequence, but substitute salute merkins for double hand releases (salute the wall at the top of the merkin)
At the stairs:
  • 25 Dips
  • 10 Irkins
  • 10 dirkins
