Preamble:

With Isabella's birthday right around the corner, it was time to prepare Hot Sauce for what is instore.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the High School Parking Lot.  Imperial Walkers, Squats, and Elbows to Knees.   Head down to the track and grab a cinder.

The Thang:

We went through the first month 30 deadlifts.  Month 2 trouble sleeping drove around the track.  Month 3 30 Curls.  Month 4 carry the baby around the track.  Month 5 30 overhead press.  Month 6 bear crawls down the football field.  Month 7 30 bent over rows.  Month 8 learning how to walk farmers carry around the track.  Month 10 30 Curls. Month 11 Lap around the track. Month 12 12 Blockees.  Mosey back to the flag for 13 Pull ups.   Couple Minutes of Mary.

COT:

Darth Visor / Ready Mix Memorial Beatdown at the Hooch this Saturday.  Dam 2 Dam relay.
