The Thang:

YHC is mid-stream explaining the Board of Pain to the Pax when, in a complete breach of F3 etiquette (quickly forgiven), a gentleman zips through our group like a gazelle running from a lion. Once we regained focus, we saw @Ha-ha had graced us with a “run through”, but apparently was afraid to stay!  Also thought there was an @Avis sighting running with a group, but unsure and, like @Ha-ha, they were afraid to stay….disappointing!

–Partner up, 15 reps for all exercises, Alpha count unless told otherwise

–Partner A lunges to the first light set up in the parking lot, then bear crawl to the curb, do 5 burpees, basketball shuffle back to light, and jog home to flapjack with Partner B

–Partner B will do the reps for the appropriate round and just keep repeating the 3 exercises until flap jacked

Round 1: Merkins, Shoulder taps, curls

Round 2: Shoulder press, box cutters, skull crushers

Round 3: Bowties, Peter Parkers, Thrusters (crab walk instead of doing the bear crawl leg)

Round 4: Lt Dans, V-ups, Squats (jog, bb shuffle, 5 burpees, jog, bb shuffle home)

Round 4 (repeat): do it again because we didn’t get full pain of the exercises

Round 5: Derkins, Freddy Mercury, Step-ups

TIME!!!!

Praise for @Sprocket’s niece Penny being a big sister and loving it; prayers for @Sprocket’s sister Jessie Ruth who has been battling cancer 6+ years as he goes to visit her
