An “In-Tens” Coupon BD

Preamble:
I confess... I do like a good coupon BD... and as I was looking to pay the good folks of Meathouse a visit, I realized the Q spot was open. I took the opportunity to serve the fine men that share the love of the cinderblock and landed my name on the Q sheet. This would not be my first Q, however my inaugural Q at Meathouse and Alpha... the "steaks" were high, and I'd hope to cook'em well done...! (though I prefer medium-rare)...Warm-O-Rama:
Pretty standard: Week Pickers, Windmills, Baby Arms Circles & Reverse, Seal Claps, Hillbillies. Then, slowsy with coupons to BD area...The Thang:
Setup:
- Pax line up along the edge of the grass area in front of the stage.
- Each PAX with a cinder block coupon. Weight vests were optional as a modify-up: I'd call that "beast mode" and some of the PAX took that on.
- Structure consists of 3 Rounds of each exercise performed TEN reps each in a row, then a short mosey on the grass area and back (this is the resting between sets!).
- Rinse & repeat OYO non-stop until Timer ends.
- Time was 9 min per round, however this was unknown to the pax at the time the start.

Round 3:
- Deadlifts
- Reverse lunge (single ct)
- Merkin + coupon drag (single ct)
- Legs over coupon (alpha ct)
