Bataan death March - ran in a circle around the parking lot with 1 burpee from pax in the back and run to the front until all PAX complete once. 

We went over to the coupon pile for the thang.

All about the Benjamin’s

25 curls, 25 walking lunges, 25 squats, 25 WL, 25 Overhead press, 25 WL, 25 Mountaun climbers 

• I led HaHa and others astray with alpha count walking lunges at first. It was an honest mistake. We went to single count until the end.

Instructions were to perform absolutions while waiting for the six, but everyone decided to stand around. I gave an absolution punishment for 5 reps. 

We then started 5 rounds of 10 Thrusters with the coupon then run to golf cart and perform 5 burpees then run back. 

Bring sally up thruster edition w/ coupon for the intermission. 

Finished up with 7’s starting from dining hall with 

4x4’s and run to the new parking lot for Bonnie Blair’s alpha count and back. We got halfway through that and circled up at the top to close it out.

COT:

Prayers for Golden Corral’s family member John with cancer and HaHa’s niece in addiction who is currently in jail. A lot of brokenness there and healing needed. Also pray for chase who left the program to be with sick family.
