Sprints were planned at Galaxy, but the rain had other ideas. So we met at the Target parking lot.Warm-O-Rama:
- Side straddle hops
- Weedpickers
- Merkins
- Toy Soldiers
- Dynamic mosey around parking lot to corner (high knees, butt-kickers, karaoke)
The Thang:
7s (instead of 11s) across the parking lot. We had to adjust the distance in the middle of the first set because I was a bit over ambitious.- Leg lifts, crab walk to other side, leg lifts
- Merkins, inch worm to other side, merkins
- Jump squats, side squat walk to other side, jump squats
