Preamble:

Talk of Hillseeker and Smoky Mountain Relay means we should start warming up on Preston Ridge. But we will just do the quick pass, not each awful driveway.

The Thang:

To the Ridge down to the Y. BUT in a practice we need more of we pick up the six for getting on the Greenway so a trip back up the hill. Up the Greenway and then up up the underrated long hill of Webb Bridge. Around Avalon.
