The Thang:

Ran over to the Outside Chapel. We broke up into teams of 2. Dora of 100 Decline Merkins, 200 Squats, 300 LBC’s. One partner did the work while the other ran around the pine trees and around the Christmas tree.  Mary until the Six joined.

Thang 2

11’s by the fire pit.

We did 11’s around the seats of the fire pit. Dips and Step-ups.

Then we headed back to the flag by Indian run. 2 lines of with sprints up the middle.

In front of C’est la Vie we ran lines with 5 Merkins at every line.

Burpee ring of Fire.

1.0 Plank then jump up for Burpee when it was the Pax turn.

2.0 Shuffle feet and everyone drop for a burpee when called by Pax.

mumble-chatter that 2.0 version was a lot more burpees…..

Prayers for Homers family as they deal with his father on hospice.

As I come up on my 52nd Birthday next week, I am very thankful for this group.

I’ve had the opportunity to come along side of some folks when they need it and these brothers have surrounded me when I needed it.  I’m truly a better man because of this group with the accountability, fellowship, and shepherding.  Looking forward to a great 2024!
