Preamble:

This date had been penciled in on the calendar for a long time. 6 year Manniversary was going to be celebrated back at the Rubicon where it all started.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the swimming pool parking lot to circle up - SSH Weed pickers Imperial Walkers Mosey to the Pavilion

The Thang:

YHC had been watching the weather and it was forecast to rain so in the interest of pre Thanksgiving health and getting older an under cover beat down was prepared. True to Georgia weather it was dry, warm and everyone had shorts and t shirts. Too late to change we stayed under cover and got to work. 100 of each OYO with a loop run every 25 reps - Dips, Squats, Mercans, LBC's, Lunges, Plank Jacks, Step Up's and Merican Hammers. Not much mumble-chatter as the Pax got through this. The playlist was also being questioned so we had to take it up a notch. Last 15 minutes OYO as many rounds as possible - 10 Mercans, 10 Burpees, 10 Squats, 20 Jumping Jacks, (AKA SSH) 20 Mountain Climbers and 30 Big Boys. At 6:14am we finished the 15 minutes, moseyed to the flag and finished with a minute of 6 inches.

Prayers for Thanksgiving travel and gratitude for what we all have . Reminder about NLB beat down and Meal this month.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

I cannot believe I have been a part of F3 for 6 years. Thank you to Spandex for getting me out on that November morning. Little did I know what an impact this would have on my life. Met some amazing HIM's, did some crazy F3 stuff, ran for longer than I thought I could, climbed higher that I thought I could and lived to tell all these tails. I am so thankful to everyone and am  better person today than 6 years ago. YHC Out.
