Preamble:

One of our Academy regulars may have something big happening so a tribute to him in hopes it goes well. As much as I wanted to join and celebrate with Scar, Academy carries on strong. Will the threat of rain ruin the plan?

Warm-O-Rama:

Start with a lap around the school and head on toward the town Christmas Tree

The Thang:

First part of 7 of Diamonds. Around the city square with:
  • 7 Diamond Mercans
  • 14 Squat Jumps
  • 21 LBCs
  • 28 Calf Raises
  • 35 SSH
  • 28 of something
  • 21 Freddy Mercury
Head back to the track and grab a cinder for the rings
  • 5 Curls, Presses, and Skull Crushers
  • Run the track and then snake the stadium steps
  • Increase by 5
After getting to 20 we put away the cinders and finish out the 7's with 14 Mercans around the parking lot and a couple rounds of Mike Tysons and Big Boys to time.

What incredible weather we get to have when you HC with no fear. Prayers for friends of Cookie's family on their recent loss. Prayers for those traveling
