Monday ruck and run, special 6:30AM edition. 4 PAX did each. Welcome FNG Matt, a Southern Illinois alum, who was rightfully named, Saluki. FNG joined the running group and the 4 of us did the lake loop, 5.6 miles total. The Ruckers did the 5K loop. Announcements included breakfast after beatdown this Wednesday!
