Preamble:

Excitement ran high at Big Creek as we planned to hit the favorites of Fowler, the best of Big Creek, the PAX punishers!

The Thang:

  1. Skate park - partner up and both start in the bottom of the bowl Round 1 - partner 1 does lbc's while partner 2 climbs out of bowl to perform 20 plank jacks - trades places with partner 1 continue with mountain climbers and freddy mercury's Round 2 - partner in the bowl performs big boy situps and same pattern repeats with 20 star jumps, American hammers and crunchy frogs
  2. 10 count to recover and then mosey to the track
  3. Track - new partners - catch me if you can - partner 1 starts to mosey around the track while partner 2 performs 5 Bonnie Blair’s - alpha count then runs to tag partner 1 who then performs 5 Bonnie Blair's. This pattern continues until the lap around the track is completed. 10 count to recover and then perform round 2 with 5 burpees instead of Bonnie Blair's
  4. Mosey to the pavillion
  5. Big Pavilion Benches - dips, box jumps/jumpups, durkins, stepups - set 1 - 25 reps, set 2 - 20 reps, set 3 - 15 reps
  6. Mosey back to flag for a few minutes of Mary
