31 Days of Halloween

Preamble:

I do enjoy hitting up Norseman and Stu said my name was tossed around recently. (Probably thought I was the missing mystery Q)

Some chatter brought a request for the girlfriends and Haha obliged.

I teased a greater challenge than the usual 12 days of Christmas stuff.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey over for some Imperial walkers. Who knows how many as the mouth of the south questioned my ability to lead.

Weed pickers Toy Soldiers and some arm circles.

The Thang:

Over to HaHas car to grab a girlfriend and reveal the 31 Days of Halloween beatdown.

Escalating exercises for each day and a lap at the end.

I guess I need a bigger board as the small writing made it difficult for some to read.

Nacho and beaker got into day 19 while everyone else passed day 15 at least.

Nobody made it to the 31 Burpees. Maybe we will pick it up next time from day 17 or so.

Good chatter with the normally quiet group.
