YHC had my birthday Q this morning. It is a true celebration of F3. What I learned from F3 has applied to many other areas of my life. I am so grateful for the brotherhood and fellowship in F3.
Warm-O-Rama:
After disclaimer, we warmed up and did the following: Weed Picker, Windmills, SSH, and Michael Phelps.
The Thang:
1. We run to the lake area of Perimeter Church and paired up to do the followings while another pax run around the lake. a. 100 Mercans b. 200 LBCs c. 300 Dips d. 400 Jump Squats 2. We played a fun tap game with our 17 Pax.COT:
