Preamble:

Good numbers at Storm this week.  YHC has been traveling and missing Storm so good to be back.

Warm-O-Rama:

No real warm up…pre-run turn and burn to a split team of runners and ruckers.

The Thang:

2 teams who split off to ruck or run for 60 minutes. Ace met a lone runner Ricardo who normally runs several times a week and was looking to join a group….well he found the best one.

COT:

Prayers for Ace’s mom, Kokomo’s brother and mom. Keep all the HIMs who are running races in the coming weeks in your prayers for safe races. Animal reminded us to keep all the people suffering in Israel in our prayers….terrible and terrifying events happening over seas.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

One of the greatest feelings is after a beat down or run…. Not just because of the physical challenges but the brotherhood that supports each other completely.
