Warm-O-Rama:

Quick warmup:
  • 10x Weed Picker
  • 10x Toy Soldiers
  • 10x Mountain Climbers
  • Michael Phelps and Arm Circles

The Thang:

Starting up by the top of the parking lot, complete the following:
  • 5x Curls
  • 5x Rows
  • 5x Squats
  • 5x Overhead Presses
Upon completion, run a lap of the parking lot including Zima's hill. After the PAX completed 8 rounds of the loop, we performed a variety of core exercises until hitting 6:15.
