Name that tune!

Preamble:

5 PAX braved a warm climate pre-run to prepare for the beatdown.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the Normal Spot (TM).

Side-straddle hops, weed-pickers, Willie Mayes Hayes, Torso Twists, Sun Gods.

The Thang:

First and last of the workout was a rotation of pain stations, each lasting one minute with varying exercises.

In the middle portion, we did exercises at the goal line on the field, then would run sprints, with a recovery walk back to the line.

YHC chose a different music option today.  There was a meticulously cultivated playlist with TV themes.  There was much reminiscing about these shows, and how old most of us are (as LifeLock had not heard of 90% of them).
