Preamble:

YHC decided to have some fun with the Q and let everyone know it would be a Hate-filled beatdown. Not all of it was hate, but a good portion…….and the men at the Rubicon found out some of YHC’s biggest pet peeves.

 

Pictures were shown on the pre-blast as hints and while some guys had good ideas only a few nailed some as they must know No-See-Um better than he thought.

 

5:30 hit and 14 #HIM were ready to get after it so after disclaimer was given it was go time.

 

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey around P-Lot doing karaoke, high knees, side shuffle etc. For some reason, YHC gets so winded starting out the gates like that.
Also did some really fast Windmills, which is just dumb in my opinion as they should be down reaaalllllyyy sllloooowwwwwlllyyy :). Then some other stuff to get loose.

The Thang:

First HATE item is Slow – Left – Lane – Drivers!!! Get over you jackass! So the men did a Black Snake run to playground.
Morning Call with partner (Pull-Ups suck)
Mosey back to parking lot near rock pile.
Second HATE item is those lazy MF’ers who leave their shopping carts out in the middle of a parking lot or propped up on curb. So we did a little “shopping” and had to use Rocks as our shopping carts.
Dora Style with Rocks: (with 8 minute timer)
P1: Exercises while P2: retrieved rock(s) and brought back to P1
*The pair with the biggest, most elaborate/grandest rock formation wins!!
  • Burpees
  • Bonnie Blairs
  • Alligator Merkins (for them hated Gators down in Gainesville)
  • Gas Pumpers
*Morphine and Avis won the best rock formation.
Now on to the wall to finish off with some really suck-ass, hated exercises.
BTTW with 10 count per man!
Picture from pre-blast of Donkey (from Shrek) had many meanings but the main one was these bad boys…..
Donkey Dan’s (1 Merkin:3 Donkey Kicks)….the pax got to 5:15 and YHC called it quits cuz they suck that bad. Then did a little throw back Wall Sit with 10 Monkey Humpers out by the tree.

  • Prayers for YHC traveling to Savannah today for class reunion.

Fun morning even though filled with Hate…LOL! YHC did bring it full circle back to LOVE as each man during Nameorama told everyone something they loved. The answers ranged from Coffee to kids/family to Balls To The Wall (good one MT) to ice cream.
