Sixes Hills, Hills, and more Hills

Preamble:

Lots of HC’s last night and most of the gang was early for a fun run through Sixes Hills.

Warm-O-Rama:

Not much warm up here, we just get right to it at 5:30.

The Thang:

5:30 came and all HC’s account for, plus a Lumbergh and a Stu.  Took off and heading for toward the High school and into Sixes Hill subdivision.  Got a taste of what was to come with a downhill run of the biggest hill of the day, looped around the back of the subdivision and heading toward the big one.

Made it to the top and ran the back way out and into Kensington Farm for a few smaller hills.  With BRR coming up it was a great chance to get some hills in.  Saw a few deer as we were running through and conquered the ups and downs of Kensington Farms.

From there it was just a straight run back to the  green in Crabapple.  Good pace and nice numbers today taking advantage of starting the week off strong.

COT:

Prayer requests today for family friends of Nacho and a new cancer diagnoses to help them through this difficult time, Caffey’s M for starting a new job today and kids starting new school.  Prayers for Mayhem and his condition starting to act up again and needing to make some medical decisions on best path forward for him.  Lumbergh for safe travels this week, and for Shooter to recover quickly from COVID.
