Commenced “Jailbreak” by AC/DC on the running speaker and proceeded to the route.
The Thang:
Broke out running past the jail, down Veterans Memorial and THROUGH the Chick-fil-A drive-thru. Back around Hutchison Rd and then hung a roscoe at Castleberry. While on Castleberry we went up the fairground ramp and into/through the fairgrounds (tip of the cap to Ansel Adams) then returned to the flag. We ran. We got better.
COT:
Continued prayers for Swiper’s father, VG’s daughter and YHCs mother. F3 brothers currently traveling, those not in attendance and all the sad clowns who desperately need F3. Many unspoken prayers as well. Praise God from whom all blessings flow. Amen.
