The Thang:
A Dora for today. 2 PAX partner. One runs to the opposite side of the parking lot and back the other does the following exercises:

Mosey down to the football field. 2 teams of 4. 2 at each goal line. One PAX from each team sprints to the other goal line and tags up for the other to sprint back. Each PAX make 2 all out efforts and we return to the flag.
