YHC was comin’ in hot this morning, arrived a couple minutes before the start, but grinned to see quite the crew huddling near the flag. 16 PAX (4 Respects!) and 10 Pre-Runners. Yowzers!

Warm-O-Rama:

Right on queue (I saw you spying your watch, Schneider) – we started the mosey around the buildings and completed a quick warm-up:

We then mosey’d to the nearby coupon-pile, grabbed a medium, and went straight to the football field for the BD!

We still had a little time, so we finished with two Indian Run laps around the field, then a minute or two of Mary as time was called.
